Multiple image uploads (or carousels) are posts with more than one image or graphic.
You can upload up to ten images within a single post on Catholic Social Media for your parishes.
Posts with four or less images can be published to Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Posts with more than four images can be published to Facebook and Instagram.
To create a multi-image post for your parishes:
1. Click the "Create" from the Planner or Calendar.
2. Click the "Upload Image or Video" box
3. Select the images you wish to upload. You'll want to make sure they are already in the order you want them to be in. You'll also want to ensure your image names are unique, not only among themselves but also in comparison to anything you've uploaded into Catholic Social Media previously.
4. You'll now see your images in the order they'll appear. You can scroll through to preview them.
5. Write your recommended caption, set a recommended date/time, and click "Publish!"
Important notes:
- Image requirements still apply. See here for more details and to check your images are compliant with platform requirements.
- Right now, only images are supported, not videos. If you include a video within a multi-image post, it will fail.
