You can now create posts with multiple images in Catholic Social Media. This allows diocesan teams to share visual stories, event recaps, or campaign highlights in one cohesive post.
Creating a Multi-Image Post
- Click Create Post from the Planner or Calendar view.
- In the upload section, you can:
- Click the upload box to select one or more images.
- Drag and drop multiple files directly into the upload area.
- If all images are stored in one folder, select them together to upload in bulk.
- Images are uploaded in the same order they appear in your folder. To control the order, upload them individually in the sequence you prefer.
How to Preview and Edit Images
- After uploading, preview all images in the scrolling preview window.
- To remove an image, hover over it and click the trash icon.
- Confirm the images appear in the correct order and look as expected before publishing.
- Add your caption, editor's notes, and schedule as usual.
Best Practices
Use multi-image posts for diocesan campaigns, event coverage, or parish spotlights.
Upload images in the order you'd like them to appear for a smoother storytelling experience.
Choose high-resolution, consistent visuals for a professional presentation.
Review your preview before publishing to ensure each image supports the post's purpose.
Limit posts to 10 images on Facebook and Instagram, and 4 for Twitter.
