How to Create a Multi-Image Post for Third-Party Content Creators

You can now create multi-image posts in Catholic Social Media. This feature helps third-party content creators share visually rich campaigns and tell stronger stories through multiple images in a single post.

Creating a Multi-Image Post

  1. Click Create Post from the Planner or Calendar View.
  2. In the upload box, you can:
    1. Click to upload one image at a time.
    2. Drag and drop multiple images directly from your folder.
  3. To upload in bulk, select all images within a folder and upload them together.
  4. Images will upload in the same order they appear in your folder. If you desire a specific sequence, upload them individually in your preferred order.

How to Preview and Manage Images

  • After uploading, preview all images in the scrolling preview window.
  • Hover over an image and click the trash icon to remove it.
  • Confirm the order and visual flow before publishing.
  • Add your caption, notes, and scheduling preferences as usual.

Best Practices

  • Use multi-image posts to showcase campaigns, products, or event photo sets.
  • Upload cohesive visuals that tell a clear story when viewed together.
  • Maintain consistent branding and tone across all images.
  • Review the final preview before publishing to ensure your visuals align with your message.
  • Limit to 10 images for Facebook and Instagram, and 4 for Twitter.
